Description

Cherry Orchard is a house dating from 1727, as indicated by a datestone. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar and has a steeply pitched Welsh slate roof with brick end stacks on stone bases, stone copings, and kneelers. The house follows a two-unit plan and has two storeys and a three-window front. An off-centre doorway on the left has a moulded wooden frame and a six-panelled door with two glazed lights, surmounted by a flat hood. The ground floor has three sash windows with keystone surrounds. The first floor has three windows similar to those on the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected.
