Description

Spring Cottage is an early 18th-century cottage located on Wroxton Mills Lane. The building consists of two parts and is constructed of coursed squared ironstone with thatched roofs. It has a one-unit plan and stands two storeys tall, featuring a two-window range. The entrance, situated on the right, includes a 20th-century porch and door. The cottage has 20th-century windows with chamfered wood lintels on both the ground and first floors. To the right, there is an attached single-storey thatched section, which also has 20th-century windows with wood lintels. The interior has not been inspected.
