Normey Cottage is a 17th-century farmhouse. It is timber-framed, with a red brick ground floor and an incised rendered first floor. The roof is half-hipped and covered in plain tiles, with a central ridge stack. The front elevation is irregular, featuring three windows with casements. A central boarded door provides access.
