Description

Malt House is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of red brick with blue headers and sits on a coursed stone plinth. The building features a brick platband and corbelled brick eaves. The roof is plain tiled and has three 19th-century gabled dormers along with end stacks. The house is two storeys high with an attic and has a symmetrical five-bay facade, which includes glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of a panelled door surrounded by flat fluted pilasters, topped with a dentilled cornice and an entablature hood.
