Cottage, at some time shop. Timber-framed, some exposed on ground-floor to left, with painted brick ground-floor and tile-hung 1st floor. Plain tiled roof, half-hipped to north, with south end stack and catslide extension to right and to rear. 2 storeys; 2 windows, casements. Long casement shop-front to right under pentice-hood, which also covers two central boarded doors, extending into catslide extension.
