Description
This building is a two-storey cottage and butcher's shop, constructed of brick with a concrete-tile roof featuring sawtooth eaves and brick chimney stacks. The cottage has a panelled door on the right and casement windows, including a three-light window and a two-light window, which have been replaced in earlier openings. On the left gable end, there is a later lean-to addition. The butcher's shop, located in the added cross wing on the right, features a simple shop front with panelled pilasters and a cornice supported by consoles. It has a half-glazed panel door on the left and a wide six-pane sash window. The right side wall of the shop also has a similar shop window in a matching frame. Further to the right, there is a four-pane horned sash window set under a cambered head. The rear gable end includes a one-storey lean-to and a two-light window positioned above it.
