Description

Brunger Farmhouse is a 17th century or earlier farmhouse. It is timber-framed with the ground floor clad in painted brick and the first floor weatherboarded. The roof is covered in plain tiles and has a hipped form, with a central brick ridge stack located on the front slope. The farmhouse stands on a painted stone plinth. The windows are irregular, consisting of two two-light casements. A half-glazed door is situated to the right of the stack, accessible via a slight ramp. It is suggested the building may be a fragment of a hall house. The interior has not been inspected.
