Description

Dawlton Farm is a 17th century or earlier farmhouse. It has a facade of painted brick and a plain tile roof. The building is one-and-a-half storeys, with a steeply-pitched hipped roof featuring a gablet to the left. A brick gable-end stack is located to the left, and a multiflue brick ridge stack is set towards the right end. The windows are arranged irregularly, with at least one window, a two-light casement positioned left of centre, and a two-light eaves dormer with a hipped plain tile roof directly above. A ribbed door is set within a gabled porch beneath the stack. A painted brick lean-to is attached to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
