Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed. Ground floor chequered red and grey brick, first floor weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Roof hipped to left with gablet. Brick ridge stack to left of centre, with flue set diagonally on rectangular brick plinth. Irregular fenestration of 3 windows; two 3-light casements and small single light under stack. Door beneath stack. Rear lean-to. Interior not inspected.
