Description
Roselands Farmhouse is a farmhouse that dates from the 17th century or earlier, with alterations made in the 19th century. It has a timber frame and the front elevation is covered with red and grey brick laid in Flemish bond. The right gable end is tile-hung on both floors, and it features a plain tile roof. The building is two storeys high, sitting on a low rendered plinth, with flat eaves soffits. The roof is shallow-pitched, hipped to the right, and it abuts a 20th-century addition on the left. There is a multiple brick ridge stack located towards the centre of the roof. The windows are arranged irregularly, with two 2-light casements on the first floor and two canted bays on the ground floor. A panelled door with two top lights is positioned towards the right end, sheltered by a flat bracketed hood. The 20th-century brick addition to the left is not included in the listing. The interior has not been inspected.
