Description

Jubilee Hall is a farmhouse, likely dating back to the 17th century or earlier, with a 19th-century facade. The building is timber framed. The ground floor is clad in brick laid in a Flemish bond pattern, while the first floor is faced with bands of plain and fishscale tiles. The roof is covered in plain tiles and is three-quarters hipped with a gablet to the left and half-hipped with a gablet to the right. The roof features a multiple brick ridge stack towards the left end, and a slender stack towards the rear of the right gable end. The windows are irregular in their arrangement, comprising three casements, one being a two-light design and the others three-light. A glazed door is located towards the left end, framed by splayed rendered voussoirs. A short rear wing extends to the left, and a lean-to is attached to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
