Description

Furnace Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed farmhouse. The ground floor has plaster infilling, while the first floor is tile-hung with a slightly oversailing, bell-cast design. The roof is tiled with a half-hipped shape and a brick ridge stack. The front facade is slightly irregular, featuring a four-window arrangement with casement windows. A boarded door is set within a flat wood surround supported by brackets.
