Description

Golford Place is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been converted into a house. The front features timber framing that is plastered, while the sides have exposed timber framing with brick infilling on the ground floor and tile-hanging above. It has a plain tiled half-hipped roof with a tall central ridge stack. The building follows a baffle entry plan and is two storeys high. The front has a slightly irregular arrangement of six windows, which are wooden lattice casements. There is a central projecting weather porch from the early 20th century that has a boarded door.
