Description

Golford Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that was re-clad in the 19th century. It is timber-framed and has tile-hanging to the front, with weatherboarding on the sides. The roof is half-hipped and covered in plain tiles, with a tall brick stack to the right of centre and a central gabled dormer. The cottage has 1½ storeys and a two-window front with casement windows. A 20th-century gabled weather porch has an iron-framed window in its front face and a panelled door in its left return front.
