Description

Vine Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that was refaced in the 19th century. It is timber framed, with exposed timber to the rear and brick infilling. The front is clad in brown brick, and the roof is covered with plain tiles. The cottage is set at a right angle to the street. It is two storeys high, featuring a front stack to the right of the centre. The front elevation has three framed bays, with the first-floor window extending upwards as a gabled dormer in the centre. There is a 19th-century window on the ground floor to the left. A central door is sheltered by a porch hood. A whitewashed brick infill is visible on the left-hand return front, and a weatherboarded pentice on the left-end contains a door and a window above.
