Description

The Dell is a 17th-century cottage with 19th-century alterations. It is timber-framed and has been refaced with brick. The roof is tiled, half-hipped, and features a central ridge stack and two gabled dormers. The cottage is of a lobby entrance type and has two framed bays, with a 1½-story design. A central 20th-century gabled porch with a glazed door sits between three 19th-century, three-light, segmental-headed casement windows.
