Description

  1. 5281 THE LEAS FOLKESTONE No 18 and 19 TR 2235 NE 1/197 II GV 2. Mid Cl9 pair. 4 storeys and basement stuccoed. Parapet. 2 windows in all. 3 light sashes to the 2 upper floors. Ground and let floor windows are 3 light canted bays and have 'heart and honeysuckle' motif cast iron balconttes to both floors. Simple round-headed doorcases set back in additions at the sides with balustrading above.

Nos 16 to 19 (consec) form a group with Nos 22 to 26 (consec), (16 and 17 being buildings of local interest).
