Description

This is a mid-19th century house on Sandgate Road, Folkestone. Originally part of a pair of buildings, the other part has been demolished. The house is three storeys high and has a stucco exterior. It features a slate roof, a parapet, and a dropped eaves cornice. The central bay has a three-light canted bay window. There is one sash window and two round-headed sash windows. A modern shop front has been added to the ground floor. Numbers 149 and 151 together form a notable group.
