Description
No. 12 Cheriton Place is a house built around 1854. It has a brick facade covered with stucco and a slate roof. The building has a basement and three storeys, with three bays facing the street. It features an original doorcase and original sash windows throughout. The ground floor windows are set within a recessed panel, and there is a broad string course that connects the canopy of the doorcase to the cills of the first-floor windows. Paired brackets are located below the eaves soffit. The property also has railings around the area and flanking steps leading to the front door, which may date from the same time as the house.
