The slate roof features dormers, and the building has a total of eight windows, with three on the left set in a slightly projecting section. A parapet runs along the top, and there are string courses above the second floor and above the ground floor. The ground floor is rusticated and includes a modillion eaves cornice.
The second-floor windows have moulded architraves, while the first-floor windows also have moulded architraves and cornices. The ground floor features four round-headed windows. One doorcase is adorned with a cornice and two coupled engaged Corinthian columns, a keystone, and a round-headed fanlight. To the right, another door has a moulded architrave and a curved pediment that contains an oval window. The left side elevation facing West Cliff Gardens has three windows and a doorcase with a pediment, pilasters, a keystone, a rectangular fanlight, and a six-panel double door.
