Description
Albion Villas comprises a pair of houses built in the 1840s. They are three storeys with attic rooms and a basement, and are constructed of stucco. The roofs are slate with a Mansard design, featuring four dormers; the dormers on number 6 have double-hung sashes. The front elevation has four windows, with three-light bays at the corners. A moulded eaves cornice is present, incorporating modillions, and stringcourses divide the floors. A paired doorcase is featured with pilasters and cornices. Stone balustrading sits above the built-out basement at ground floor level. Numbers 1 to 6 form a group of buildings and contribute to group value.
