Description
Clifton Court is a pair of terraced houses built in the mid-19th century. They are constructed of stucco and feature a slate mansard roof. The buildings rise four storeys, with an attic mansard and a basement, and each house is two windows wide. The ground floor has channelling, and there are unfluted projecting Doric porches at the centre, although the left-hand porch is blocked. The windows are square-headed and have architraves above the ground floor, with cornices on the first and second floors. The windows are sashes with plate glass, and the first-floor French casements have been altered. The cornice has been removed, and there are cast iron railings. This listing is included for its group value only.
