Description

This is an early 19th century and 20th century cottage, originally listed as Estate Cottages, Knap Hill. It is a small, one-and-a-half storey, two-bay building set end-on, with flat-roofed 20th century extensions on each side. The front is a gable end, featuring a small gabled porch and a two-light casement window. There is a narrow casement window above, both with cast-iron detailing. The gable is tile-hung. The roof is hipped at one end. The original construction was likely brick, but the exterior is now rendered.
