  1. Early C19. 2-storeys and attic. Moulded coved cornice and parapet with cornice just above eaves level in No 24. Painted stucco front with parapet. Slate roof. Flat-roofed dormers half-hidden by parapet. One window bay to each. Sash windows above in reveals; glazing bars missing to No 28. C19 shop fronts on ground floor. Larger shop window of 2 lights in No 26; window flanked by panelled pilasters with small window blind cover over. Doorway to south; door in reveals behind architrave frame; original glazed door. Fascia with moulded top extending over both shop window and door. In No 28, 3 light shop window with moulded architrave frame flanked by pilasters; fascia with shaped ends and moulded cornice over. Doorway to north with architrave frame flanked by moulded pilasters with flat hood on shaped brackets over; door in reveals with upper part glazed.

Nos 20, 24 to 32 (consec), the Baptist Church, gate piers and flanking walls, Town Mill with No 3 Middlebridge Street form a group.
