Description
The east-west wing behind number 31 along Newton Lane is a 2-storey building constructed of red brick. It features an old tile red hipped roof with two chimneys and a brick eaves cornice. The structure has five bays, with three blocked openings on the first floor. At the eastern end, there is one sash window and one modern window set in reveals within a segmental arch. On the ground floor, there are two-light casement windows and one sash window, all in segmental arches. Additionally, there is a flat-arched doorway with a blocked tympanum within a larger segmental arch.
