Description
30 Grosvenor Road is a late 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. The ground floor features a doorway flanked by two windows, all of which are part of a design that includes triple lights. The hipped slate roof has eaves supported by coupled brackets. The exterior is finished in stucco and showcases elaborate classical details, including cambered openings, keystones that connect to the eaves band, architraves, and decorative panels. Above the first floor windows, there is a cornice supported by four brackets, with a central segmental pediment. The first floor also features a band adorned with scroll ornamentation. The ground floor openings are linked by pilasters and sit on a plinth.
