Description

Craythorne is a late 18th-century building located on Woodchurch Road. It stands three storeys tall and features stuccoed walls that are grooved to resemble masonry. The building has a ripped roof and a cornice supported by brackets. There is a stringcourse that runs above the ground and first floors. Each floor has two bay windows, and between the bays, there is a doorcase that is accessed by five steps. This doorcase is flanked by fluted Doric columns and topped with an open pediment and a semi-circular fanlight. The central window on the first floor above the doorcase has a pediment above it, and there is a rusticated lunette window with intact glazing bars situated above this window.
