3/37 Gardeners Cottage G.V II Cottage. C17, with C20 outshots. Flint walls with brick dressings, the north end outshot of brickwork. Thatched roof, ½-hipped, with eyebrow dormers. East front: 1 storey and attic, 2 windows. Casements. Boarded door in a plain frame, within a C20 open porch, with a gabled tile roof and brick cheeks. The rear is similar in form, but with brick walls in English bond, and a high plinth.
