Description

Gardeners Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that features 20th-century outshots. The walls are made of flint with brick dressings, and the north end outshot is constructed of brick. It has a thatched roof that is half-hipped and includes eyebrow dormers. The east front has one storey and an attic, with two windows that are casements. There is a boarded door in a plain frame, situated within a 20th-century open porch that has a gabled tile roof and brick cheeks. The rear of the cottage is similar in form to the front but has brick walls laid in English bond and a high plinth.
