Description

Golden Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that features some 18th-century cladding and 20th-century extensions. It has a timber frame and a thatched roof, with one storey and an attic. The roof is half-hipped and includes one eyebrow dormer, while the extensions have tiled roofs. The frame is exposed at the east and west end gables, with tile hanging on the first floor at the west side. The south wall has painted brick infill, and the outshots are made of red brick. The cottage has casement windows and one oriel window, with the entrance located at the rear.
