Description

Bay Tree Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with alterations from the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and timber framing with brick infill and has a thatched roof, half-hipped in shape, with a chimney on the right-hand side. The cottage has one-and-a-half storeys and features three 20th-century square dormers in the thatch at the eaves. It has two 20th-century casement windows to the left side and a 20th-century lean-to porch on the right side.
