Description

College House is a 19th-century cottage located on the north side of Station Road in East Garston. The building is constructed of brick, featuring grey headers and red stretchers, and has a tiled roof that is half-hipped to the right with a chimney on the left. It stands two storeys tall and has two plain canted bays with tiled roofs on either side of a central door that has a cambered head on the ground floor. Above, there are two timber casements on the first floor. The cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
