Description

Paddock Cottage is a 19th-century cottage located on the east side of Church Street in Collingham. The cottage is constructed of brick and features a steep-pitched pantile roof with dentillated eaves and coped gables. A single gable stack is also present. A central doorway has been blocked. To the north of the blocked doorway is a 20th-century panelled door with an adjoining fixed window; to the south, a single sash window with glazing bars. Above are two two-light Yorkshire sash windows; all openings have segmental heads. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value.
