Description

Quince Cottage is a 18th-century cottage located on the north side of Rye Road in Sandhurst. It features weatherboarding on a brick plinth and has a half-hipped tiled roof with an off-central brick chimney stack. The cottage is one storey high with attics and has three windows. There are three gabled dormers, each fitted with 20th-century casements. On the ground floor, there is a central three-light bay window flanked by two-light pointed windows and a doorcase. The cottage is included for its group value.
