SANDHURST TQ82NW RYE ROAD 1350-0/6/227 (North side) 08/06/93 South View and Tylers Cottage GV II House, now sub-divided. C16 or earlier timber framed lobby entrance house, refaced in C18 and refenestrated in C20. Ground floor red brick 1st floor hung with alternate bands of plain and fishscale tiles. Tiled roof, hipped to left with gablet, gable ended to right with late C16 cruciform brick stack and external stack to right hand side. 2 storeys; 3 windows. C20 lattice casements. Paired doorcase with joint flat hood eaves. Pentice to left hand side.
