Description

This building, located on Rye Road in Sandhurst, dates from the 18th century and has been divided into separate units. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the first floor features alternating bands of plain and fishscale tiles. It has a tiled roof that is half-hipped on the right side and is topped with three brick chimneystacks. The building stands two storeys high and has four windows, which are mid-19th century sashes with vertical panes only. The entrance includes a doorcase with flat wooden weatherhoods supported by brackets and plank doors.
