Description

This is an 18th-century cottage with 20th-century additions, located on Station Road in East Garston. The cottage is constructed of painted brick and has a thatched roof which is swept around the upper floor windows. The building is one-and-a-half storeys high. It has two casement windows on the upper floor and a single casement window to the left of the ground floor. A 20th-century link connects the cottage to a single-storey extension on its right. The property is included on the list because of its group value.
