Tall stuccoed building with heavy moulded cornice and parapet. 4 storeys. 2 windows wide. 1st and 2nd floors two 2-storeyed canted bays of sashes with heavy moulded cornices. 3rd floor two 3-light sashes in segmental arch opening with keyblock. Ground floor large C19 double shop front with projecting fascia.
