Description
Thatch Cottage and Spring Cottage are a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They feature cob walls that are roughcast and painted, with a hipped thatch roof and a central brick chimney. The cottages are two storeys high and consist of two bays. On the first floor, there are two-light wood casement windows with glazing bars, and similar windows are found on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a 20th-century entrance door under a small flat hood on the left, with a two-light casement window on the right that has replaced the original entrance door. Additionally, there is a 20th-century tiled pent roof extension on the right side and a 20th-century flat roof extension at the rear.
