Description

Milton Mill Cottages is a pair of cottages, likely built in the early 19th century. They feature plastered cob walls and hipped thatched roofs, with a central brick chimney stack. The cottages are two storeys high and have lean-to extensions at each end, which have tiled roofs and part-glazed doors. Each cottage has one ground floor casement window with cast iron glazing and one 20th-century casement. On the first floor, each cottage has two casement windows with cast iron glazing. The main ground floor rooms include large open fireplaces with timber lintels, and there are some exposed ceiling beams.
