Description

No. 2, The Maltings is a building that was originally part of a brewery, dating from around 1780. It was converted into a house around 1980. The lower walls are plastered while the upper walls are covered with weatherboarding, and it has a hipped tiled roof. The building is two storeys high and features 20th-century casement windows with lead lights on each floor. There is also a 20th-century glazed door located in a lean-to tiled porch on the return wall. This property is included for its group value.
