Description

Wistaria Cottage is a cottage from the 18th century that has been altered and extended in the 20th century. It is constructed of plum-coloured brick with an old tile gabled roof. The east gable retains some part timber frame with brick infill. The building has a parallel ridge plan and features an early 20th-century extension at the rear. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and has one chimney on the left side and another on the ridge. The south front has three bays with three-light leaded casement windows, which have shutters on the ground floor. There is a six-panelled door located under a flat hood between the left-hand and centre bays.
