WOKINGHAM BROAD STREET SU 8168NW (South side) 18/17 Milestone adjoining north west corner of the Post Office G.V. II Milestone. Late C18. Square stone set diagonally, with small plinth. Incised Roman lettering reads on east face:- To Reading 7 and on the west face:- To London 32 The stone was erected following the construction, in the C18, of the Windsor Forest Turnpike.
