WOKINGHAM BROAD STREET SU 8168 NW (North side) 18/16 No.7 2.5.74 G.V. II Town house, now offices. Early C19 altered C20. Brick, painted rendered front, tile roof hipped on right. Irregular plan with C20 extensions at rear. 2 storeys. Low parapet with plain stone coping. 3 bay front, sash windows with glazing bars on first floor, those on ground floor without bars, but all with architrave frames. Pair of glazed C20 doors in wide entrance to right of centre.
