Description

No. 7 Broad Street is a town house that has been converted into offices. It dates from the early 19th century but has been altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of brick with a painted rendered front and features a hipped tile roof on the right side. It has an irregular plan with 20th-century extensions at the rear. The structure is two storeys high and has a low parapet with plain stone coping. The front has three bays, with sash windows that have glazing bars on the first floor, while the ground floor windows do not have bars but all are framed with architraves. There is a pair of glazed 20th-century doors located in a wide entrance to the right of the centre.
