Description
Nos. 11 and 13 on Broad Street are two houses dating from the late 18th century, which have been altered in the mid-20th century to serve as a shop and offices. The buildings are constructed of brick and feature an old tile gabled roof. They are two storeys high and have a modillion eaves course along with a parapet that has plain stone coping. The front facade consists of three bays with sash windows that include glazing bars, with the rightmost windows set in a three-sided shallow canted bay. On the ground floor, there are large 20th-century shop windows and a glazed 20th-century entrance door leading to the offices on the left, both of which do not have special interest.
