Bray Newsagent's and Post Office is a house that has been converted into a newsagent, shop, and post office. It dates from the late 18th century and was altered in the late 19th century. The building is constructed of painted brick and has a slate gabled roof, featuring a rectangular plan and two storeys. There is a chimney on each gable.
The front facing the road has four bays, with sash windows that include glazing bars and gauged brick arches on the first floor. The ground floor has three shop windows with moulded beading on the frames. The entrance door is located in the middle bay and features a doorcase with panelled pilasters and a plain hood supported by console brackets.
