Description

The war memorial outside The Old Dutch House is a First World War memorial, dating from around 1920. It is made of Portland stone and features a large square pedestal on a stepped base. Atop the pedestal is a tall octagonal shaft with a Latin cross. The sides of the pedestal are inscribed with the names of those who were killed in the war.
