Description

Hinds Head Cottage is a pair of cottages that were built in the 18th century and altered in the 20th century. The building is made of painted brick and has an old tile roof. It is located next to Dormer Cottage on the right and the Hinds Head Hotel on the left.

The east front of the cottage is symmetrical with three bays. It features a black painted plinth and dentilled eaves. On the first floor, there are three 2-light, 20th-century leaded casements that have been inserted into the original frames. On the ground floor, there is one 20th-century single-light top-hung window in the center, situated between two planked entrance doors. The door on the left has a small cambered hood. Both the doors and windows have segmental heads.
