Description

Lych Gate Cottage is a small cottage dating from the late 17th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features painted render and an old tile roof that is hipped on the right side, adjoining Yew Tree Cottage (numbers 3 and 4). The cottage has a rectangular two-cell plan with an extension at the rear and is one storey high. The east front has a black plinth and includes two 2-light 19th-century casement windows, with a plain entrance door from the 20th century situated between them.
