Description

The Post Office is a house that has been converted into a Post Office and store, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and features a pantile roof. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range. The first floor has sash windows set in recessed frames with glazing bars, although the centre window has been blocked in. The ground floor features later 19th-century windows, with the right-hand window used for display purposes. The windows are topped with flat gauged brick arches. The entrance includes a six-panelled door, with the upper panels being glazed.
