Description
The Kings Head Public House is a public house and inn dating from the 16th century. It features a timber frame with a colour washed brick facade and a plain tiled roof. The northern part of the building has one storey and an attic, while the southern part is a double pile structure with two storeys. There are outshuts and modern additions at the rear that adjoin the churchyard. The building has scattered windows, which are casements, and segmental brick arches. It also includes two gabled dormers and two red brick stacks along the ridge. Inside, there are good moulded beams, some of which may have originated from other buildings.
